Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, Palm Beach

I had a fantastic ocean view from my room overlooking the grounds between the pool and the Laguna restaurant. However, my room was not ready on the day I checked in, and there was a strange smell by the half bathroom in the living room.

The hotel is located centrally near restaurants and shops, offering a convenient spot for exploring. The rooms, though showing some wear and tear, provide a decent view of the ocean/pool. The service here is top-notch, with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. The dining experience, while lacking in communication about options, offers decent dishes. Despite minor inconveniences, the hotel’s fantastic location and friendly service make it a great choice.

The hotel is a mixed bag with average quality rooms for a high price. While not getting an upgrade, our room was clean and pleasant. The service shines with helpful staff like Richard, Liliana A, Cecilia, and Yeda. The location is excellent for walking to most places, but the hotel comes alive only in the evening. The dining, though reasonably priced, lacked variety. Overall, good, but room for improvement.
